Blogs give members the ability to post information that they think is important, useful, or interesting. That information goes into the Knowledge Bank and will turn up in Search results.

With threads and blogs, industry veterans are able to assist and guide their communities by contributing information to the Knowledge Bank. Even if those veterans leave your organization, their wisdom remains.

The more that community members interact on the system, the bigger the Knowledge Bank becomes, providing an ever-expanding pool of information and resources.
