What is GatherPath?

Have you ever learned a key piece of information from a colleague a day too late? Or does every problem seem to require hours of research? GatherPath is Bowman Systems' newest product and it puts the collective knowledge of your community at your fingertips. GatherPath does all of the legwork; you simply specify your areas of interest and each time you log on, GatherPath automatically notifies you of any new activities or conversations related to your topics.

All of that information comes from your exclusive community of colleagues. Every member of your GatherPath community can create a personal profile, which they can then use to interact on the system. Numerous communication tools are available, including community-wide question-and-answer forums, personal blogs, a shared resource pool, a searchable Knowledge Bank, and more. As users interact on the system and contribute public information, it all gets stored in the Knowledge Bank, which you can search at your leisure, or you can add to it by asking new questions.

Additionally, there are no geographical boundaries to GatherPath. You can communicate and collaborate with colleagues from around the corner, around the state, and around the country.

GatherPath is a password-protected, web-based network that combines the power of live interaction with archival information. If you need help with a project or have a question to ask, you can broadcast to your community and receive instant feedback. Or, you can search the Knowledge Bank to discover if anyone else has already encountered--and solved--the problem you are facing.
